About Our Family

Karl built the dealership from its origin with New Holland being the primary equipment line. His wife, Regina, worked part-time in the dealership handling mainly administrative duties at this time. Over the years, Kuhn and Woods equipment were added as complimentary lines that still continue today. In 2008, Karl passed away and Regina came into the business full-time as the dealer principal. The business has steadily grown, which has necessitated expanding the facilities, adding employees and adding to our dealership’s offerings.

As the industry and technology have changed, we have placed much more emphasis on training, service, diagnostics, and business management than ever before. In 2014, our dealership achieved the highest honor from New Holland in becoming a President’s Club dealer, recognizing excellence in all aspects of our business and we maintain that level of excellence to this day. We have seen many changes in the equipment industry as the years have passed, but Karl’s legacy is ongoing as Rose Farm Supply continues to be a family-owned and operated business that has never forgotten the core principles Karl began with. Those principles are still interwoven into every decision we make.
