When you bought your piece of equipment from us, we made a promise to you to have your service needs covered, including warranty. If you encounter an issue with your equipment that is at fault of the manufacturer, we’d be glad to help you get that resolved. If you will call in advance to schedule a service appointment and bring your equipment in, we can begin the process of getting it repaired.
Unfortunately warranty does not cover pick up or delivery of equipment.
However, if you don’t have a way to get the equipment to us, we can schedule a pickup and/or delivery. You can check the our rates for transportation here.
